That is the Question!
Jolan, U R Home's Expert on Real Estate wanted to ask his buyers,
The age old Question: Why buy a Home now?
Joe knows real estate. Jolan and U R Home know that buying in Today's Market can only be a good thing.
Jolan has said over and over again, interest rates are so low even Joe can't believe it. Homes on the market are usually priced below their actual value. Jolan told his buyers one simple thing, BUY NOW AND SAVE SAVE SAVE!
Below is some some of the questions and answers Jolan thought his buyers should know.
========================================
Jolan's reasons why you should NOT buy a home.
1. Maybe you don't have job security
2.Maybe you think that the Housing Market
will continue to drop
3.Maybe you think you're credit isn't good enough to purchase a home.
4.Maybe you think you don't have enough money saved to put down on a home.

JOLAN'S flip side, Why you SHOULD buy a HOME
1. Job Security is something that few people have, since you still have to live somewhere, pay rent to someone one. Why not buy a home. When you rent there's no tax break, however when you Own you get a tax break
2. The housing market has dropped, the interest rate has dropped.
3. Credit scores are ever changing, ever present and part of our life. Your credit score need not be any higher than a 620 for an FHA Loan. Of course there are loop holes, but for most buyers with a score at or above 620 they can buy. Currently the Government is trying to lower the min. score to possibly as low as 520
4. Don't have enough money to buy a home? It a lot of cases not all, depending on the price of the Home, you may only need what you'd need if you were renting and yes maybe a bit extra.Price on home is a factor. based on a small $200,000 home you could possibly need as little as $7,000 to own it.
NOW, If it's your first house it's usually called a starter home, meaning it's probably not your dream home, it will probably need some work or good old fashion elbow grease. For some people you may be trying to start over because of a previous foreclosure or loss of income etc. Then it's still your first house like a chance to do life over again!
Take advantage of your new life and stop handing your hard earned money over to someone else for their future, And start investing in your own.
